As the Director of an International Services office at a major University with an international population of over 4,000, Ron Cushing is uniquely qualified to present a variety of information relevant to enrolling or recruiting international students or employing/paying nonresident aliens. He has extensive experience running a comprehensive, compliance based International Services Office. His experience includes serving as the Principal Designated School Office and Responsible Officer for the University of Cincinnati's SEVIS programs. He has extensive experience filing employment based immigration petitions (H-1B, TN, O) and immigrant petitions (green cards) with the federal government. He is knowledgeable on other issues relevant to nonresident aliens including taxation, withholding and I-9 completion. He also has extensive experience developing international recruiting plans and managing an agent network.
